Cllr. Charmaine Smith chaired the Ordinary Meeting with Cllrs.P Chapman, S.Smith, N Osborne. A Vogel, J Shepherd, K Anderton, County Cllr. Nicky Chopak, Mrs D Turner (Clerk) and nine members of the Public.

A member of the Public spoke to voice his disappointment on his Planning refusal.

The minutes had been Emailed to all Councillors and were agreed and signed.

The balance is £19,559.60 in the Current A/C and £5014.26 in the Solar A/c

Higher Meadow, Jacobstow
A presentation was given on a Community Garden Retreat at Eden Meadows. This is to create an eco retreat and training centre that fosters health and wellbeing, through nature-based activities and community environmental stewardship. Workshops will include Yoga, meditation, music, crafts and cookery.

A letter to be written to the Post Office en quiring when this postbox will be re-installed.

Benches at Goldfinch Close
Cllr. Smith had met someone from the Housing Assoc. and they will advise where they would like the benches installed.
