Minutes of Short Meeting held via Zoom 22nd September, 2020
Cllr. Osborne chaired a short meeting with Cllr. C Smith, P.Chapman, D Adey, Franklyn, C Pallett and County Cllr. Nicky Chopak attending. Apologies received from Cllr. A Vogel.
- Planning Application PA20/06832 – Retention of change of use of garage to self-contained residential annexe accommodation including extensionto form store with variation of condition 2 (occupancy restriction) inrespect of decision notice PA17/04807 to include holiday use - Westcott, Road from School Lane to Edgar Rd, Jacobstow. Clerk to reply saying Councillors support this Application but would like a condition put on that the self contained residential annexe accommodation cannot be sold separately to the main dwelling. Proposed Cllr. C Smith Seconded Cllr. P Chapman.
Unanimously agreed. - Clerk to write a letter to Cllr Vogel asking him if he could re-consider using Zoom as Council meetings are likely to continue in this way for the foreseeable future. They felt that the Parish Council had benefited from Cllr. Vogel’s local and Building knowledge.
As there was no other business the meeting closed at 8.15pm
