The minutes had been Emailed to all Councillors and were agreed and signed.
Balance at Bank
The balance at the bank was reported as £18,657 58 in the Current a/c and £5885.41 in the Solar a/c.
Planning Application PA26/03095
Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an existing use. This area is treated as agricultural land needs to be reclassified as residential land/garden. That is how it is used now and how it has been used for the past 20 years - Cottage Farm, Jacobstow – Reply saying "Councillors say in their considered opinion this has always been used solely for agriculture"

Cornwall Council have approved Planning Application No PA26/01626 – Honeys Meadow and PA26/01714 Old Barn, Broad Langdon, Jacobstow.
