Change of use from Agriculture to community garden retreat and center for health and wellbeing, including nature based activities and community base environmental stewardship - Eden Meadows, Retreat Land, North-West of Honeys Meadow, Jacobstow. Reply saying:- Councillors do not support this Application. Firstly they feel this is the wrong location for this large community area. There are no amenities within walking distance. They have concerns regarding lighting, this is a dark skies area. Also sewerage, there is no main sewer in this area. The access is very poor the approach is a very very narrow country road. There is not enough detail on the day to day running of this retreat.
